After Customer confirm their order they can cancel it before vendor reach to their located place. If they cancel it after vendor reached to their place they have to pay visiting charge compulsory or else company can take legal action on the customer.

If customer will make work done by any other technician which work is done by company's technician before it self then company will not take any guarantee of that outer technician's work. If any fault accure after services then contact to company rather than other technicians. Company will help customer to get out of that.

Company will be always ready to help their customer. Contact to comapany in case of any miss behaviour of vendor or any other trouble which you face due to vendor. We assure you to take legal action on culprit.
